Where BailBoss.ai processes personal information on behalf of a Customer to deliver the Services, BailBoss.ai does so as a service provider or processor acting on the Customer's instructions and under the Terms. BailBoss.ai does not use such personal information for its own commercial purposes or sell it to third parties.
Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence to help answer calls, respond to messages, summarize conversations, generate reminders, transcribe recordings, and assist with routine communications. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors, and should be reviewed by a person before being relied upon.
AI features are provided to assist Customers and their authorized users. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, and BailBoss.ai is not responsible for the legal, bonding, or business consequences of relying on AI-generated content.
Where a Customer enables AI Call Answering or call recording, monitoring, or transcription, calls may be recorded, transcribed, monitored, or analyzed. Recordings and transcripts may include voices, statements, and other personal information of callers.
Federal and state laws concerning recording, monitoring, artificial voices, prerecorded communications, consent, notice, and related activities vary by jurisdiction. The Customer is responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording, monitoring, and consent laws, and for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents before calls are recorded, monitored, transcribed, or processed.
BailBoss.ai does not provide legal advice regarding recording or consent obligations. If you are unsure whether recording or monitoring is permitted, consult a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
Where a Customer enables text messaging, SMS, AI Chat & Messages, or related features, message content and metadata may be sent, received, stored, and processed through the Services and through telecommunications and messaging providers. Messages may include personal information about the sender, recipient, defendant, co-signer, or case.
Message content may be reviewed, summarized, or used by AI features to generate responses. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that messaging is used lawfully, that recipients have consented where consent is required, and that the content transmitted through messaging features complies with applicable law and the SMS Terms.

The Services may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Services, remember preferences, and analyze usage. Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies, but some features of the Services may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
BailBoss.ai retains personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After an account is closed or a retention period expires, BailBoss.ai may continue to retain certain information as permitted by law and as needed to comply with recordkeeping, billing, and dispute obligations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, deleting content and data within the Services and for managing their own retention practices consistent with applicable law.
BailBoss.ai uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system, service, or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. BailBoss.ai is not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, personal information resulting from factors outside its control.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information, to receive a copy of your information, or to object to certain processing. BailBoss.ai does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child's information has been collected, contact BailBoss.ai so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
The Services may connect to or interact with third-party websites, social-media platforms, telecommunications providers, payment processors, and other services. BailBoss.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
