By accessing or using the BailBoss.ai website, software, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Eligibility

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the software.
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Services.
5. Payment and Billing
BailBoss.ai operates on a hybrid subscription and usage-based pricing model. By creating an account or using our Services, you authorize and agree to automatic recurring billing for your selected plan and any additional usage or add-on charges associated with your account.
Automatic Billing Authorization
By subscribing to BailBoss.ai, you grant Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies (the parent company of BailBoss.ai) permission to automatically charge the payment method on file each month for all applicable charges, including:
Access Plan fees
Sub-account fees (if applicable)
Add-ons and optional services activated in your account
Usage-based charges as detailed below
Charges are drafted monthly and may vary depending on account activity and consumption. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain valid billing information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Each plan provides access to platform tools, automation features, and account management options as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Add-Ons
Optional add-ons may be available for purchase in addition to your access plan. These may include specialized modules, integrations, or premium services designed to fit specific business models. Add-ons are billed separately and can be activated or managed within your account settings.
Usage-Based Pricing
Certain services within BailBoss.ai are billed based on actual usage. These include messaging, communication, AI content generation, and workflow automation. Usage-based fees are billed in arrears and may vary each billing cycle depending on consumption.

BailBoss.ai and its parent company, Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies, reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features at any time. Any updates will take effect after notice is provided to account holders or posted to our website.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and data on BailBoss.ai are the property of Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
7. Data and Privacy

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand resulting from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or arbitration proceedings shall take place in Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such updates means you accept the new Terms.
